## Utility & Perks

Spectral Stadiums come with utilities that provide owners with various benefits and perks. These utilities can be one-time redemptions, time-bound or perpetual benefits, and are subject to change as needed. Some of the planned utilities include:

1. Story-Driven Rewards: Owning a Spectral Stadium gives you story-driven rewards. These rewards aim to provide a deeper level of engagement for fans.
2. Revenue Share: Spectral Stadium owners will receive a share of the revenue generated by the Pitch Vision platform. This revenue share is a way for fans to enjoy the success of the forum and the sports teams that use it.
3. Exclusive Events: The NFT holders will have exclusive access to events and tournaments on G-Rush.
4. $SGTR Tokens: Governance tokens will be distributed to the Spectral Stadium owners. These tokens can be used to vote on DAO proposals and to receive rewards, and owners will have a say in the platform's governance.
5. Access to IRL tournaments: Fans can immerse themselves in the excitement of a sport in real life by holding the spectral stadiums NFT.
6. Early Access: Spectralstadiums Holders will have access to all Beta testing, Token sales, and upcoming sales. They will also offer entry to attend exclusive meetups with partnered sports celebrities.
